These trainees are attending classes and may be displaced due to work stoppage or slow down. We refer them to participating electrical contractors. The objective is to have them cumulate hours of experience to qualify to take the state electrical certification. The participating contractors may be of the following trade. Program"A" trainees start at $15.00 per hour.
